Join us at 57 E Hastings St on June 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM for the Dugout’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM features the annual report from your board of directors, the election of directors and the consideration of bylaw amendments. Members will also receive the Dugout’s financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025.
The meeting package, including the report of the board of directors and the Dugout’s financial statements, will be distributed to all the members by email and posted on the Dugout’s website on June 10.
Doors will be open for attendees at 5:30 PM. Following the AGM, the Dugout will host its annual volunteer appreciation event. Food and refreshments will be served.
